Clinics in Europe
Thank you for your interest in organizing a clinic.
Below you will find the conditions for hosting a private (non-commercial) clinic within Europe.
Investment
â¬2,500 per day
Minimum booking: 2 consecutive days
VAT may apply depending on the specific situation.
Maximum teaching time: up to 8 hours per day
Format per Day
Each clinic day typically includes:
â¢â â Up to 8 practical training spots
â¢â â 1 additional practical spot for the organizer (free of charge)
â¢â â Each participant may bring 1 groom or support person to observe
â¢â â Maximum total attendance: approximately 18 people (including organizer and grooms)
This format allows me to take the time it takes for each horse and rider combination. Throughout the day I provide extensive explanations about training principles, biomechanics and methodology.
Keeping the group intentionally small allows me to focus on real coaching, individual progress and high-quality instruction.
If you are interested in organizing a commercial event with ticket sales for a larger public audience, separate agreements and conditions would need to be discussed.
Structure & Responsibility
This setup is intended for private, non-commercial organization.
â¢â â The organizer manages registrations and participant payments
â¢â â I issue one single invoice to the organizer for the full clinic fee
â¢â â The total clinic fee remains payable regardless of participant cancellations
â¢â â The organizer is free to divide the total cost among riders and observers as preferred
Travel & Expenses
In addition to the daily clinic fee, all travel and accommodation expenses are covered by the organizer.
This includes:
â¢â â Flights or train travel
â¢â â Hotel accommodation
â¢â â Airport transfers
â¢â â Car rental
â¢â â Parking
â¢â â Taxis or other necessary transportation
As a general guideline, travel expenses within Europe typically range between â¬1,000 and â¬2,000, depending on location, accessibility and booking timing.
Travel and accommodation are arranged by me unless otherwise agreed. Practical assistance (for example airport pickup if needed) is appreciated.
Typical Schedule
A typical clinic schedule looks as follows:
Day 0 â Travel (evening before) or morning arrival
Day 1 â Full teaching day
Day 2 â Full teaching day
Day 2 evening / Day 3 morning â Return travel
Exact timing may vary depending on travel logistics.
Preparation
Participants receive pre-clinic information in advance, including access to several of my educational webinars. This allows them to familiarize themselves with my training method and approach before the clinic.
It is important that participants are open to working within my system. Each horse starts where it needs to.
Important Notes
Please note that I do not offer âpiaffe trainingâ or âpiaffe clinics.â
My method focuses on developing the highest possible quality in the basics, with attention to:
â¢â â Regulation of the nervous system
â¢â â Connection between horse and human
â¢â â Clear communication
â¢â â Functional biomechanics
These elements create the foundation from which collection can eventually emerge as a natural consequence.
All horses participating must be:
â¢â â Sound and healthy
â¢â â Safe to handle
â¢â â Suitable to work with both in-hand and under saddle
Availability
If this format aligns with your plans, I would be happy to discuss possible dates and locations.
